1. Worldwide Shipping
Azul Vapes Official proudly offers worldwide shipping to legally permitted destinations. We ship from our facility in Dubai, United Arab Emirates to customers globally.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Saturday-Thursday)
- Orders placed on Friday or UAE public holidays will be processed the next business day
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed
- A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent once your order ships

6. Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to countries where vaping products are prohibited, including but not limited to:
- India
- Singapore
- Thailand
- Brazil
- Argentina
- And other countries with vaping bans
Please check your local laws before ordering.
6.2 Age Verification
- Signature may be required upon delivery
- Valid ID proving age 18+ may be required
- Packages cannot be left unattended
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders:
- Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees
- These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs
- Customs fees vary by country and are determined by local customs authorities
- We cannot predict or calculate these charges in advance
- Refusal of packages due to customs fees will not result in a refund of shipping costs
8. Delivery Issues
8.1 Incorrect Address
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order
- We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers
- Additional charges may apply for address corrections
8.2 Failed Delivery Attempts
- After 3 failed delivery attempts, packages may be returned to us
- Re-shipping fees will apply for returned packages
- Unclaimed packages are not eligible for shipping refunds
8.3 Lost or Damaged Packages
- We will work with the carrier to locate lost packages
- Claims must be filed within 7 days of expected delivery date
- Damaged packages should be reported within 48 hours of receipt
- Photos may be required for damage claims
9. Shipping During Peak Periods
During peak periods (holidays, sales events), please expect:
- Additional 1-3 days for processing
- Possible carrier delays
- We recommend ordering early during these periods
10. Multiple Items and Split Shipments
- Large orders may be shipped in multiple packages
- Each package will have its own tracking number
- No additional shipping charges for split shipments

- Discrete packaging available upon request
