- Unused and in the same condition as received
- With all original tags, labels, and accessories included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
2.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Opened or used vaping devices
- E-liquids with broken seals
- Disposable vapes that have been activated
- Replacement coils and pods that have been opened
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
3. Return Process
3.1 Initiating a Return

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Await return authorization and instructions
- Package items securely in original packaging
- Include all accessories and documentation
3.2 Shipping Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective
- We recommend using tracked shipping services
- We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping
4. Refund Policy
